If you want one that have everything to do with the SuperNatural, maybe Book #27,Please Stay in Your Grave, would be one that you would want to read first?
If you want one that in the end, it is actually a criminal's plans and not Supernatural, Book#3,Scary School Bus to Nowhere,might be a good one.
Four good books are Book#8, #24, #36 & #44 as they have four stories like four episiods of a story.
maybe...book 7. why?it is about a gang who got trapped in the lift but when up to the 13 floor .what is happening to the lift???

i think you should read the mr midnight series no #8, #36 and #44.. this are all the series of the demon dentist.. he always came back to revenge... maybe it is quite disgusting but i dont think so..it is nice to read. i think there are already 3 series of the demon dentist revenge.. let me tell you the title: #8~the demon dentist~ #36 ~ Dr dread and the explosive teeth~ #44 ~ Dr dread and the dentures of doom ~.......... enjoy reading... haha..

I recommend #29 My scary cruise. It is the most interesting of all the Mr Midnight books I have read.
Miss Yu, I do not read a lot of the Mr. Midnight series but think you should read you should read all of them as they are equally nice to read. For now, my favourite book for now is #7~Don't Get Off At The 13th Floor!(i do not think it is scary) I asked my brother for some opinion as he read almost all the series. He says that you should read #1~Madman's Mansion, #2~The Case Of The Cursed Clock, #6~Our Radio Won't Turn Off!, #28~The People Gobblers, #37~The Dead Are Dancing, #42~Beware Of The Gravedigger or #46~Heads Will Roll if you want to get some horror stories. If you want some adventure stories he says that you should read, #15~My Friend's Now a Mummy!, #19~Flying Tiger Fist Of Shaolin, #20~We Made A Monster, #23~Good Knight, Raider Goh, #31~Stop The Deadly Dummies! or #38~Singing Swords, Dragon Drums.
i think tht you should read #45's 2nd story(classroom 44) as i think tht it is the current mst scariest story to me(the scariest among the other bks which is also nt scary) but it is slightly better then the rest. If u 1, u can borrow a bk frm the library or ask any of us fr any or all of the bks to read so at least u readed all of them(which mkes u kind of proud...)
Rozan, i dun think they're scary at all. But i think that ms yu should just choose to her own liking. We can just tell her mainly what the story is about.

YOU should try bk 7 it is quite interesting in sense of the storyline. it was after reading the bk that i feel that 13 is an unlucky no.
I think tat every book have its own speciality. I have book 24 and if any 1 wants to borrow it, u can come n find me.
Well , i have the same opinion as cher siang . the secong story of #45 . The BEST of all i have read in my whole life of reading .

Ms yu, I think that you should read all of them as they are all quite interesting. You should start with scarier stories as they give you the feeling of James Lee's sories. I think that some stories are quite scary, such as 27, so you ought to read those.

i think miss yu should read mr midnight #48.As it is written by one of my friend in poiching...the story is quiet scary but interesting
